- ggm 4y agoThey only have unity of purpose on the abuse and stalking. They certainly don't agree he's above criticism, and I would suggest he is far from it: the recusal question relating to his wife demonstrates to me his unsuitability for a position on the court. A man of integrity wouldn't wait to be asked. I always believed Anita Hill and I believe the women who accused Brett Kavenaugh: women statistically rarely lie about this stuff. Bader Ginsberg was wrong to hang on. She lacked judgement to the risk side.
