Salesforce's acquisition of Slack, possibly. A good portion of folks I know don't even know Slack was acquired, which is a good sign.
- Mandatum 4y agoThey haven't changed anything. Yet. Dreamforce isn't for a few more months. Also Slack and Salesforce's culture is very different. Salesforce is closer to Oracle, Slack always had super-technical, friendly sales and support staff. I'm sure we'll see price hikes and a push to land larger, government and Enterprise contracts as they forget about SME.
