Changes in the Rust Core Team
- puffoflogic 4y agoDunno about the other person, but I'm not at all sad to see Ashley "'Kill all men', no I won't apologize for saying that publicly" Williams go. Nor will any other sane person.
- pylua 4y agoI can't believe that this did not get more publicity. Misandry is not ok.
- puffoflogic 4y agoThis information has been blacklisted from many communities as it was deemed an attack on Williams. That's why it wasn't publicized. For example I got banned from r/rust for pointing it out (once, respectfully) in the "congrats new team member" post for Williams. That post was eventually deleted from the whole sub because community reaction was overall negative. r/rust mods deemed it inappropriate for any negative sentiment about Williams to be allowed to remain up, even with this info already redacted. Oh, and because this was deemed a CoC violation, I'm technically banned from all official rust fora and events, all because I think genocide is bad. Good thing I use pseudonyms online. I would discourage anyone from participating under your real name because you never know when information you have will be deemed un-facts.
