Curious to hear what you're buying!
My rule-of-thumb is that if it helps me be more productive or creative, it's a worthy investment. A Remarkable tablet has been my best tech purchase so far.

- superb-owl 4y agoI did some sketching for a while, but I've lost track of it. I'm not artistically talented at all but I found it soothing. Mostly I use it for taking notes for math and physics lectures I audit on YouTube and MIT/Stanford's online education sites. Sometimes for brainstorming things at work too.
- AlbertoGP 4y agoIndeed, when thinking about satisfying gadget purchases, the reMarkable tablet is the first that comes to mind as a device that lived up to its promises, and I keep using it regularly years later while most others languish around the house. I write notes (text and sketches) on it, no more and no less. The last time a few hours ago.
