Up until ~2016 the airport taxi business was the wild west, with a lot of shady/unauthorized drivers operating there. Things got much better now, unauthorized cabs can't access the Arrivals area, there are machines to order an authorized cab and authorities clamped down on the use of buggy taxi meters.
