The 10% people statistic is highly misleading because it includes people dying when putting solar panels on the roof. I mean then we should also include people dying in car accidents with nuclear power plant workers when they drive to work.
- notahacker 4y agoIts also highly misleading because the number of people dying putting solar panels on the roof was totally made up; Brian Wang simply made it up by apportioning an arbitrarily large proportion of roofing deaths to rooftop solar, even reasoned through to the bizarre conclusion that if every US roof had panels installed, annual roofing deaths would increase ninefold! Also, he refuses to accept that more than 50 people died as a result of Chernobyl...
