OPs comment makes little to no sense. Testosterone is the highest in puberty, late teens and early twenties. It thickens skin and has many other protective benefits.
Testosterone declines with age past 30 significantly and correlates with decreased bone mass thus meaning increased bone remodelling around the face making your face to literally change shape and structure.
If decreased testosterone is making us look young we would look young into our 60s.
- 3qz 4y agoIt makes your bones grow in a less masculine way during puberty so men have more feminine faces and narrower bones. They look younger because their facial structure is more childlike
- voldacar 4y agoHow does testosterone have protective benefits wrt aging? Bodybuilders who use testosterone get really old looking faces. Wrinkles, rougher skin, deep nasolabial folds etc. Google "roid face"
