In some implementations of Agile this is supposed to be the point of the team velocity. Not that you make the engineers change the way they feel about tasks, but instead discover the hidden rate of delivery.
- kqr 4y agoThat's also a way to do it! I prefer making it explicit at the lowest level -- it's nice to be able to ask someone for a probability and know that it's accurate. It also helps them grow as people and professionals.
