This idea also doesn't make any logical sense, we all expect that a person or entity that posts illegal content is liable for posting it, foisting that legal burden on the website where it is posted is clearly the wrong thing to do (unless the site is soliciting the upload of illegal content or is refusing to remove illegal content, both of which is already illegal).
