I agree with you to an extent, but what has held me back in the past is that uncle bens tek seems a little sketchy (I want to watch it grow) and pf tek requires a lot of space (and oh my god what happens if it goes bad and then you just have a massive tub of rotting filth in your apartment). I would not pay $200 for this, but if you can make it look nice and make the process idiot-proof, I think there's a market for it.
