To be honest, I think there is a threshold, perhaps expressed in terms of risk of losing money, at which it is more beneficial to delay deploys. But applying the same deployment rules to a multi-billion-dollar revenue machine and to a smaller project with perhaps a few thousand weekly users is ridiculous.
