- gigatexal 4y agoSure, sure. As soon as some sicko uses this to disseminate terror or CSAM or anything else of a similar illegal ilk I don't see how the "no-logs" approach will hold up in court.
- oriettaxx 4y agoah but if the logs are not stored, what a judge can ask them?
- gigatexal 4y agoI just find it silly that the law makers didn’t think of this. And to think the judge would just say “well if you sent them to dev null I guess you got us, golly gee” is bs. If sued they’d be found guilty of something such that they’d think twice about not storing logs.
