It says “five fewer collaboration hours”. It’s not clear how many hours of collaboration we’re talking. It’d be interesting to see the actual figures before drawing a conclusion. On one hand I can imagine if you’re spending all your time in meetings it would be frustrating, meanwhile I’ve what happens when teams don’t collaborate, it’s not a pleasant experience, it just causes tension to build up.
