- hunterb123 4y agoThey don't have to be? They would only need to intimidate/recruit the Uber drivers (which they did) and use their gov connections to cover up the crime. A local mafia problem is a local mafia problem, no matter the transportation system being hijacked. This whole thread kinda turned into Taxi whataboutism to deflect from Uber.
