Out of curiosity, what did you use to measure your VO2max?
- alphabettsy 4y agoApple Watch has this. I’d imagine other fitness trackers do as well.
- igouy 4y agoPresumably a guestimate not a measurement.
- bobthe3 4y agoI used my apple watch, it’s not the most accurate but provides a good idea.
