Will any of these people eat crow if the deal closes at a lower price? Probably as much every other time they’ve said Musk was done with Twitter and then escalated towards owning it.
- mypastself 4y agoLower than what? What are Levine’s claims to that effect? He states that Musk’s lawyers are likely hoping he’d have to pay only the $1B breakup fee, and Twitter is looking for the full “specific performance” $33B. There is little certainty about the outcome at this point.
