Rotterdam won’t dismantle bridge to allow Jeff Bezos’ superyacht through
- legitster 4y agoSo, this is a bit confusing to me... Why did this company build a boat they could not reasonably get out to sea? Why was a drydock of this size even permitted to operate here?

- rayiner 4y agoUgh. It’s hard to get me to sympathize with Bezos, but it sounds like Rotterdam is just being petty here. The bridge isn’t in use anymore, it only takes a day dismantle it and another day to put it back (it was done before in 2007), and the yacht builder was going to pay for everything.
