Man the term serverless as used in this context is kinda dumb. Your still using servers for compute...your just not using them all the time or maintaining them.

Man the term serverless as used in this context is kinda dumb. Your still using servers for compute...your just not using them all the time or maintaining them. "Almost any problem can and should be solved with serverless services like Lambda, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge." All of this uses an on demand server. To say your serverless is dumb. Like yeah sure if you were running lambda calls on your phone and it was the only device computing those functions. Sure your serverless. But everything old mate mentioned still needs a connection to another computer to work. And most of it is a compute function happening on servers somewhere. Rip. It's not serverless.
