What does that mean?
- t0bia_s 4y agoSometimes it is called HDR. 10bit is crucial for colour grading. Photography, cinematography, design...
- gsich 4y ago10 bit per color channel instead of 8.
- forgotpwd16 4y agoYeah, should've been more specific. I know what 10-bit means, was asking for the "no support" bit.
- SAI_Peregrinus 4y agoProbably 10-bit color. Important for photographers, since modern cameras have 10-bit color sensors. GIMP only supports the sRGB color space with 8-bit color, so it doesn't work properly with wide-gamut monitors.
