I think my weirdest experience was a server that was jammed on "apt update". I looked up the IP using whois.. and it belonged to Rogers.

- mgbmtl 4y agoThe server was setup to use ftp.ca.debian.org, which currently resolves to 207.210.46.249, and the whois for that mentions Rogers.
