Exposing Fake Primitive Technologies Videos
- mikewarot 4y agoThe skill and artistry with which John Plant shows how to go from effectively nothing right up into the Iron age is a beautiful thing to behold. I'm glad he was able to do this, and I hope his work is preserved for a very long time. I feel it's quite unfortunate the way the story was named, but we live in an era of click bait, so it has to be endured.
- motbus3 4y agototally click bait title.
- palmetieri2000 4y agoI watched 98% of the video and really I dont see this as a huge issue, yes it is wrong for the channels to claim in their description that the constructions are done by hand and with less people but given how transparent the cameraman is about all of these things and that they confirm private land is leased for the purposes of filming. But, I can also see the perspective of some builders in SE Asia coming up with a way to make much more money from doing work they already have the skills to do by filming it and that I think I could forgive the fibbing if they just acknowledged how the builds were done, some of them are pretty awesome even if they aren't hand-dug.
- peanut_worm 4y agothis title seems like clickbait so that people think Primitive Technology is a fake channel.
- leobg 4y agoIf you lie to one person to make them pay, you’ll be charged with fraud. If you lie to millions to make them watch and get paid through advertising, you’re fine.

- khaki54 4y agoOG Primitive Technology with John Plant is legit, he does not cheat. He can even keep kids entertained without zen disruptung voiceover. Most people don't know this, but he does narrate within the CC if you're looking for more info on what he's doing and why.
