- camjohnson26 4y agoLook around in the thread. M&A experts have confirmed that Musk cannot walk away from the deal, even by paying the $1 billion, unless Twitter lets him.
- patrickaljord 4y agoIf he can just walk away and get sued that would probably be cheaper than spending all those billions on Twitter. I'm not a lawyer tho so no idea what's going to happen.
