There should be some sort of rules that consider subsidiaries to be part of the parent company for regulatory purposes.
- xhkkffbf 4y agoAbsolutely. This doesn't seem like it would be any real change.
- charcircuit 4y agoSo have a completely separate company and then make a deal with that company to find them and give them office space in Google's office and give them access to their intranet.
- happyopossum 4y agoThere are. There are also rules about how subsidiaries can and can't cooperate, self-deal, and collude under various circumstances.
