- ncmncm 4y agoThe USA is big. Scaled by land area covered vs. urban land not, or by population served vs. urban and not served, it looks less impressive.
- omega3 4y agoI don't see how that's relevant - OP has made a claim about automatic trains not being possible in the US which isn't the case. You can make a valid (more interesting) argument that some countries (e.g. China) are now ahead of the curve, or that automated by default isn't used but that's a different argument which the OP didn't make.
- shrubble 4y agoI think that list includes fully-enclosed or indoors rail such as inside an airport. While I agree that in one sense it 'counts' , I did mean to discuss the regular sort of line that moves people past properties owned by different people, or between neighborhoods, etc.
