Anyone know what modulation scheme Starlink and Dish are using? Presumably not something spread-spectrum? If not, why not?
- wmf 4y agoSpread spectrum fell out of favor a few decades ago because it's so spectrally inefficient. Almost all protocols are now using QAM + OFDM.
