Why a dinosaur is running my JavaScript code?
- sylware 4y agosad, c++ again, why not using quickjs and require only a simple C compiler, than would create a _real_ alternative.
- angelmm 4y agoI may see the point of a different alternative than current NodeJS ecosystem. However, QuickJS only focuses on the JS runtime while misses all the system interfaces provided by V8. Said that, I really like QuickJS too and it's portability as JS engine.
- sylware 4y agoI don't understand, I though those system interfaces where from BetterNodeJS, not the V8 javascript engine. QuickJS would only be the pure javascript engine of BetterNodeJS which would provide those interfaces.
