Russia Could Thwart an Oil Price Cap
- simonblack 4y agoIn a "Seller's Market" such as the Oil Market is, the idea of a price cap is ridiculous, anyway. The only way to reduce the oil price is to kill off the world's demand for oil. Why is the West so intent on shooting itself in both feet?
