let me get this straight, if CSAM is a problem in encrypted chats today or in future, how many convictions have happened in the last 10 years when there wasnt much encrypted chats in the first place? CSAM is being thrown around as a scapegoat in order to not allow anti-establishment discourse or dissent. edit: wasnt that guy in USA or somewhere arrested and held in comtempt of court when he said he forgot the password of his drive? why arent you doing that on a case to case basis as opposed to mass surveilance?
