High capacity utilisation hurts a team's performance
- frogulis 4y agoIn my experience, the team whose queue arrivals match their processing speed is probably an "empowered product team", i.e. one which is given problems to solve or outcomes to achieve in the way that they think is best, rather than than already-defined tasks to do.
