  If you go over on bandwidth, you do get billed for it. I assume the CC requirement is mostly anti-fraud. Easy(ish) to create thousands of Google accounts and abuse the free tier, harder when you can start correlating credit card numbers.

    It's unlikely you'd max out the bandwidth running a bouncer alone on an instance though, right?
