- stjohnswarts 4y agoI think we consume 10-20 times as much sugar as people even 100 years ago. It's pretty crazy, although white bread isn't great for your teeth either since it's only one step away from sugar.
- moffkalast 4y agoThen again, medieval bread that was cut with sand wasn't any better for teeth either.
