This used to happen to me a lot, and after seeing a therapist for something I thought was completely unrelated it turns out I have adult ADHD.
- raducu 4y ago> it turns out I have adult ADHD. The same for me and I'm under medication. I still zone out in meetings, but maybe not as much during meetings that actually convern me.
