- throwaway0a5e 4y agoThat would represent a transfer of power away from police and courts. Do the politicians really want to fight that fight for a few bucks when they can just tax us?
- SoftTalker 4y agoThat's already happening with insurance. Some insurers are offering "safe driving discounts" if you install their app, which tracks your speed. If you exceed a speed limit, you lose the discount for that month. It's your problem to remember to disable it if someone else is driving.
