Great question. Most people would probably say no, panpsychism is unfalsifiable. On the other hand, brains certainly do seem to function like qualia detectors

Great question. Most people would probably say no, panpsychism is unfalsifiable.
On the other hand, brains certainly do seem to function like qualia detectors (as evidenced by everyone talking about qualia).
