- cobrabyte 15y agoThanks for posting this here, Derek. Definitely going to employ some of these techniques in our next round of hiring. I especially like the idea of getting multiple developers working on the first milestone, in parallel. Sure, you pay a little more but it gives you a better chance at landing the perfect developer for the 'full enchilada.'
