Normally when a regulator's staff are receiving money from the party they're regulating we have other words for that than 'delegation'. More like 'corruption'.

Normally when a regulator's staff are receiving money from the party they're regulating we have other words for that than 'delegation'. More like 'corruption'. But if the system itself does it it's suddenly ok. :/
- landemva 4y agoSlight wording change: When the government itself does it the attorneys move to dismiss the lawsuits because of 'government immunity'. And little can change until Supreme Court revisits that doctrine.
