- Someone 4y agoLicense seems unclear to me, so comparison with other options isn’t possible. If its license suits you, I would _guess_ MeSH (https://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/meshhome.html https://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/meshhome.html) would give you a better list. Reading https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/sourcereleasedocs/index.html https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/sourcereleasedocs/inde... there’s a 2022A French version, so it seems maintained. The UMLS metathesaurus (https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/knowledge_sources/metathesaurus/index.html https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/knowledge_sources/meta...) may have more data sets with suitable licenses. For example, they have a recent MEDDRA in French (again, licenses may not suit you, but comparison with this data set isn’t possible)
- ouzb64ty 4y agoLicense is WTFPL
- xattt 4y agoAlternate word list (albeit EN only) is this one: https://github.com/glutanimate/wordlist-medicalterms-en https://github.com/glutanimate/wordlist-medicalterms-en
- ouzb64ty 4y agoThe particularity of this project is the use of Wikidata datas from the SPARQL query language.
