- Hnrobert42 4y agoIf there is no way to decline after viewing the terms, then it is not legal. It would be considered a contract of adhesion.
- MonkeyMalarky 4y agoProblem is that you can decline after but if they've sold your data, now you have to chase down everyone in the chain afterwards.
