Supplemental supplement anecdote: I also really like Floradix for its gentler GI effects. I was anaemic (from a long term health condition) and well, now I'm not. Daily seems fine, too. I also use an app to check my haemoglobin levels. It is weird that an app can do this, but I've calibrated it against less frequent in-hospital blood tests and it checks out.
