So by "Sequoia will invest $1M in the form of equity to participating companies at the start of the program." Does this mean companies will receive an investment of $1M in cash? Not sure why it would say "in the form of equity" for a standard convertible note type investment.
- gumby 4y agoBy saying “equity” it sounds like a priced purchase rather than a note. It wasn’t. So long ago that an a round could be a million.
