They'd rather ban wipes than keep raw sewage out of the river... wrong priorities for sure. Upgrade the plant.
- alephxyz 4y agoUpgrading the plant doesn't fix overflows caused or exacerbated by clogged sewers. There's no easy or cheap solution, especially when your sewers are old and under a big city like London.
