Just wait until they take this to the SCOTUS and have the climate authority of NY not being able to enforce this too.

- antifa 4y agoOnly the right to birth is specified in the constitution. Clean air, livable temperature, conserved sea levels, etc. are not protected by the constitution, is not in our country's history and traditions, etc....
