There's no data about bone loss on mars gravity. There's no reason to believe there's a linear relationship between gravity and bone loss (we only have two data points: 1G and 0G). Bone loss may be preventable with pills or special suits or apparatus. But I agree thet we should start developing artificial gravity anyway.
