I'd imagine the stimulus requires some weighted response in order to trigger for fastest response time which seems rational to assume that requires a biased selection criteria. Given it was a fairly constant trigger such as a clock tick tock, it would seem like it would either not work or generate perpetual anxiety; not mutually exclusive and more likely to include other cons.
