This article would be more convincing if it mentioned more than just the far left ideology (and, indeed, had the honesty to admit that Biden is not a leftist, or even an idealogue). There are also center and right ideologies at work in America. Center ideologies focus on "bringing democracy to the world" (which probably just means American hegemony in practice). Right ideologies are focused on rewriting history to make the USA an evangelical nation, not merely a protestant Christian-majority country. So while the first few paragraphs are interesting, it amounts to, as you mentioned, propaganda.
