We have done this for workstation refreshes (Windows 10) and it works marvelously. Reliability has been fantastic. We keep 2 machines as spares for parts and have experienced an issue with one power supply. PC Health Check reports it doesn't support secure boot, no TPM 2.0 and the CPU isn't supported. We haven't tried to install Windows 11. The model we went with was Z420s.
