Probably not fixed rate.
Every country hates on its poor in different ways: in the USA it’s the lack of healthcare, in the Uk the lack of long term fixed rate mortgages.
- pbourke 4y agoCanada does not have long-term fixed rate mortgages either.
- dbetteridge 4y agoNor does Australia, 5 years max usually and the interest rates are fairly punitive.
- poopypoopington 4y agoThe US also has a severe housing affordability crisis :-)
