- dekken_ 4y agoI find it tells me more about the person complaining than the thing they're complaining about
- synu 4y agoHonestly I think for me it goes back to the “beans beans the musical fruit, the more you eat the more you toot” song but if you were able to diagnose some deep seated personality defect on my part instead based on my reaction I would love to learn more. :)
- smt88 4y agoI have been struggling to get friends and family onto Signal, which is a very vanilla application by most standards. If I'd tried to move them from Twitter/whatever to Mastodon and had to explain what a "toot" is, it would've made it that much harder. Luckily toots are no longer the word Mastodon uses, so it's now irrelevant.
