New “Minority Report” algorithm claims to predict crime with 90% accuracy
- chiefalchemist 4y agoThe majority of crime happens in particular areas, limited and concentratd. Let's presume that's ~80% of crime. The remainding ~20% is everywhere else, and far more random. That's the general nature of the world. 90% accuracy? That's notable but also deceiving.
