In my experience, people in general have little ability to judge anything. I went through some peer reviews and in one case some workers did not understand some terms on the questionnaire (such as "proactive"). Anyway, the most popular people get ten for being proactive. The internet only make this worse, because in the Internet everyone is "anonymous". I ignore 99% of judgments, I only start listening if there is a "because" in the judgment: "It's not good, because"... of course, the "because" needs to make sense.
